In order to give a clear view of government action and to resolve the ambiguity on some burning issues the Prime Minister, Head of Government, his Excellency Mr Ouhoumoudou Mahamadou, gave an interview last Friday to Tele Sahel (ORTN) and ONEP. In this great interview of 1 hour 17 minutes, the Head of Government gave clear answers to the questions of two journalists from Tele Sahel and ONEP on almost all areas of socio-economic life and national politics, as well as on some issues that dominate the chronicle.

Therefore The Prime Minister largely addressed questions relating to the main achievements of the government in implementing his General Policy Declaration that was inspired by «the Phase III rebirth program of the President of the Republic» but also to the challenges encountered to do so. Key issues such as good governance were also at the center of this interview .These include, fight against corruption and impunity ,the handling of emblematic cases of publics funds mismanagement such as that of the Ministry of National Defense and the so-called '' Ibou Karadje '' case .
In the economic field , the Prime Minister spoke about the new initiatives taken in area of internal resources mobilizations including the introduction of the certified invoice ,as well the implementation of major structuring projects such as the construction of the pipeline . Niger- Benin, the Kandadji dam Project and the construction of thermal and photovoltaic plants,etc.
In addition, other issues of capital interest relating to the social sectors were addressed such as education ,security ,health ,actions taken within the framework of the preparations and monitoring of the current agricultural season ,the management of the period of welding and flooding ,revitalization of public administration etc.
On political issues, the Prime Minister enlightened national opinion on the government's desire to create the conditions for a peaceful political climate This led him to comment on this persistent rumor on possible negotiations underway between the PNDS Tarayya and the Moden FA Lumana parties, or even between the President of The Republic, his Excellency, Mohamed Bazoum and Mr Hama Amadou.
